The channel of complaints is intended to favor the detection, by means of a fast and diligent way of communication, events derived from the information received, and that may lead to a serious violation of ethical principles, norms and policies, protocols and internal controls for criminal prevention. In addition, with the application of this protocol and the guarantees, in each specific case, of independence in decision-making, absence of reprisals and confidentiality for the complainant, registration of the complaint and related actions and avoidance of conflicts of interest in the management, analysis, investigation and resolution of each of the complaints communicated through the channel.
