Algo sobre lo que pueden regular de forma independiente tanto Catalu\u00f1a como el Pa\u00eds Vasco al tener\u00a0<strong>transferidas las competencias<\/strong>\u00a0de tr\u00e1fico y red vial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral de&nbsp;<strong>Vizcaya&nbsp;<\/strong>ha puesto en funcionamiento&nbsp;<strong>dos nuevos peajes<\/strong>. En este caso se trata de la&nbsp;<strong>BI-625 y la N-240<\/strong>, dos carreteras que registraban un elevado paso de&nbsp;<strong>camiones&nbsp;<\/strong>y con un nivel de deterioro muy importante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante matizar que la implantaci\u00f3n de este sistema de peajes encaja con la filosof\u00eda de \u00ab<strong>pago por uso y desgaste<\/strong>\u00bb, de forma que los usuarios de la red nacional de carreteras deben hacerse cargo de un d\u00e9ficit de mantenimiento de casi&nbsp;<strong>9.000 euros<\/strong>&nbsp;que en la actualidad asume la administraci\u00f3n central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso se da la circunstancia de que el peaje, con un&nbsp;<strong>precio&nbsp;<\/strong>entres&nbsp;<strong>0,23 euros y 8,9 euros<\/strong>, en funci\u00f3n del tramo recorrido, afectar\u00e1 s\u00f3lo a los&nbsp;<strong>camiones<\/strong>. Con ello la Diputaci\u00f3n Foral pretende que los camiones hagan uso de la autopista Supersur de peaje, algo que evitan para ahorrarse su precio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como hemos dicho el coste por su utilizaci\u00f3n fluct\u00faa entre los&nbsp;<strong>0,23 y 8,9 euros<\/strong>, y el sistema de peaje ser\u00e1 de tipo&nbsp;<strong>fluido&nbsp;<\/strong><em>free flow<\/em>. Su funcionamiento se basa en la utilizaci\u00f3n de una serie de grandes arcos de carretera con lectores de matr\u00edculas, en este caso nueve, que&nbsp;<strong>identifican las matr\u00edculas<\/strong>&nbsp;de los veh\u00edculos que pasan por ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conductor debe haberse&nbsp;<strong>dado de alta<\/strong>&nbsp;con anterioridad en una base de datos de la Diputaci\u00f3n, de manera que se proceda al cobro de forma autom\u00e1tica sin que el veh\u00edculo deba detenerse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema contempla&nbsp;<strong>descuento&nbsp;<\/strong>tanto por uso habitual, si se superan los 180 pasos mensuales, como por la utilizaci\u00f3n de autom\u00f3viles limpios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cara a la&nbsp;<strong>primavera&nbsp;<\/strong>el Gobierno del Pa\u00eds Vasco ha anunciado que&nbsp;<strong>tres nuevas carreteras<\/strong>&nbsp;pasar\u00e1n a ser de pago, se trata de la&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>A8<\/strong>&nbsp;entre Pa\u00eds Vasco y Cantabria, la<strong>&nbsp;BI-30<\/strong>&nbsp;de circunvalaci\u00f3n a Bilbao, y la&nbsp;<strong>M-636<\/strong>&nbsp;a su paso por Durango.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Barcelona, 25 de enero del 2023.- Seg\u00fan publica El Debate, se trata del primer paso de un\u00a0plan\u00a0mucho m\u00e1s ambicioso de un plan que contempla la conversi\u00f3n en carreteras de peaje de m\u00e1s de\u00a0100 kil\u00f3metros de la red viaria de Pa\u00eds Vasco.
