SCOPE AND COVERAGE

With a total surface area of 1,400,000 m² and capacity for 64,000 vehicles, SETRAM’s logistics campuses represent a high-performance infrastructure at the service of the automotive sector. Distributed in strategic locations such as Calaf, Madrid, Seville, Cheste, Port of Barcelona and Santa Perpètua, these facilities guarantee complete operational coverage, optimized response times and agile management at every stage of the logistics chain.

Factory Campas: Martorell and Vitoria

At the SEAT plant in Martorell and the Mercedes-Benz plant in Vitoria, SETRAM is directly integrated into the production processes. From the moment the vehicle leaves the assembly line, we take care of every movement until it is shipped.

SetramPark - Barcelona

SetramPark is one of our most advanced logistics centers, with capacity for more than 8,000 vehicles and all the necessary services to ensure that the cars reach the end customer in optimal conditions.

SetramPark is a comprehensive preparation center where each vehicle receives the final care to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer fleet customization, preparation of large volumes and management of remarketing campaigns, in addition to mechanical interventions, bodywork, painting and installation of accessories in a 2,000 m² workshop.

Calaf Camp

The Calaf warehouse, with more than 400,000 m² and a storage capacity of 15,000 units, is a strategic point in our logistics network. Designed to handle large volumes, it allows us to regulate stocks and ensure the fluidity of shipments at times of high demand.

We customize vehicle fleets, prepare large volumes of rental fleets, and fully manage remarketing campaigns.
With a workshop of 9,000 square meters, we carry out mechanical interventions, bodywork and painting, installation of accessories, customization, etc.

Stockauto Sur - Seville

In the Port of Seville, Stockauto Sur, with capacity for 4,000 cars, guarantees the same quality and reliability as in our other facilities.

With this campaign, we provide coverage to manufacturers in a key area, ensuring complete and homogeneous national service.

Madrid Campaign

The Madrid depot strengthens distribution in the heart of the peninsula, with a storage capacity of 3,000 cars.

Its strategic location facilitates fast and efficient distribution to all parts of the peninsula.

Valencia Field

Our warehouse in Valencia, gateway to the Mediterranean, connects automotive logistics with one of the most important ports in Europe.

With Valencia, we are expanding our logistics network into an international international HUB of reference.

Port of Barcelona

The Port of Barcelona is our most strategic port terminal, with a capacity for more than 13,300 vehicles and all the necessary infrastructure to handle import and export operations on an international scale.

The Port of Barcelona is a leading logistics hub in the Mediterranean, where every vehicle is handled with maximum efficiency. We offer comprehensive multimodal services—including sea, rail, and road transport—along with technical expertise and full traceability, all within a terminal spanning over 250,000 m² equipped with AI-powered automatic recognition technology and 40 electric charging stations.

INTEGRAL CONDITIONING SOLUTIONS

HANDLING AND STORAGE

We take care of the reception of the vehicles upon their arrival at our facilities, performing an initial detailed inspection to verify their condition and conformity. Subsequently, we manage their storage under strict security and traceability controls.

PDI AND PREPARATION

SETRAM offers transport and distribution services of vehicles by road. The company has a fleet of around 270 trucks for the transport and distribution of vehicles both in the Spanish market and throughout Europe.

RENT-A-CAR FLEET MANAGEMENT

Final preparation of vehicles for delivery to Renters. Placement of documentation, preparation and placement of license plates, removal of keys, shipment of keys, placement of serial kit.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL COSMETICS

We offer manual pressure or tunnel cleaning with drying, deprotection of plastics and copolymers, engine, wheel arches and rims cleaning, in addition to vacuuming and interior conditioning. We also perform repairs on seats, rims, tires, glass and trim.

ASSEMBLY AND SUPPLY OF SPECIAL SERIES

General mechanical interventions, including Quality campaigns coordinated with the mechanics of the Brands.

BODYWORK AND PAINT REPAIRS

Repair, polishing, buffing, polishing, replacements and all types of repairs related to the general concept of the automobile.
